Faberge Developments has designed several distinct Home Models in Duplex and Single ............... to fit within the style of the region and purchaser requirements. Each of the Homes can also be customized to suit each homeowner.
These homes vary from 170 squares meters to 300 square meters in size. We have included a summary of each home below. Other pages on the site show the interior layout design and blueprints.
Each home has it own driveway and a backyard lot of various sizes depending on the location. The interior and exterior features and options of each home are located in the Features Section of this website. 
Aspen Duplex
ASPEN: 170 square meters.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with closets, 2 large bathrooms. Owners have the option to change the design to 3 bedrooms at no additional cost.
Downstairs: 1 car covered garage. Eat in open kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and a Great Room opening to the backyard. 
Oak Single
OAK; 200 square meters.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with walk in closets, 2 large bathrooms and a cozy den. Owners have the option to change the design to 3 bedrooms at no additional cost.
